We have compiled the most common questions and answers to help with your queries.

How Do I join?

Simple, just click the register tab at the top of this page and follow the instructions.
You will need to select a username and password to login to the GrabABid website.
All you need to do now is buy some bids, then get bidding!

Please note: As part of the registration process GrabABid will send you a confirmation email.
Inside the email will be a 'link' - You need to click on this link to make your account active.
If you do not receive this email - Please check your SPAM box - This is the most common cause.
If you still do not see the email - Contact us and we will rectify the problem.

Please ensure you enter a correct email address during the registration process.
This is the 2nd most popular reason for not receiving a confirmation email from us.
Please check the email address entered for spelling mistakes and simple things like .com, .net, .co.uk, etc.

How much does it cost?

Varies on which bid package you decide to purchase. The bigger the bid package, the better the deal.
Be rest assured - We are the cheapest on the internet for sites of this nature.

And if you win an auction - There are NO delivery costs. Purchasing bids covers the cost of the item and delivery.

How do I bid?

Once you’ve found an item you like and you’re ready to bid, just click the “bid” button below the item!
Your username will appear to indicate that you are the highest bidder.
If another user places a bid after yours - Then you would have to place another bid to become the highest bidder again.
If your username is still showing when the clock reaches 00:00:00 - Then you have won! Congratulations!

How do I purchase bids?

Just click on 'Purchase bids' from your 'My GrabABid' page. The larger the BidPack, the better the value.

How long does it take for delivery?

Delivery typically takes 14 days but this may be less depending on stock levels and your location.
We aim to have fast turnarounds on won products - We may offer alternatives to speed the process up.

How do I change my password?

Login with your current username and password and you’ll be taken straight to your 'My GrabABid' page.
Just click 'Change Password' on the menu on the left and follow the instructions.

What if I’ve forgotten my Username and/or Password?

On the 'Login' page click 'Reset your password' and follow the instructions.

Can I change my Username?

Yes! Login with your current username and password.
Once you reach the 'My GrabABid' page, click on 'Edit Profile'.
Here you can change your Username and other personal information.

Please note: Choosing an offensive username will result in account suspension.

How can I pay?

Either with PayPal or using our credit/debit card processing option. We'd also like to inform you that all payments processed by us using the credit/debit card option are securely authenticated via SSL. Please check for the padlock icon in the address bar along with our verified Equifax Secure Global eBusiness CA-1 security certificate.

How secure are your payment methods?

Very. We use SSL payment security - Check for the 'Https' before you make a payment.
When you use PayPal to pay online, you provide only your PayPal email address.
We receive payment from PayPal without ever seeing your financial information.
